At the CLD Standards Council Executive Committee meeting held on 18 August 2020 members approved the above document which is intended to be a contribution from the Council to policy formation in response to the lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The paper seeks to set out how all three aspects of CLD, adult learning, Community Development and Youth Work, contribute to Scottish Government policy ambitions in a cross cutting manner supporting a coherent and cohesive approach which is intended to deliver best value for public investment.
