The CLD Standards Council will hold and process the register of members and registration application details in accordance with EU Data protection guidelines.
How data is held: The data will be held predominantly in the i-develop online system database, however elements may also be held in email correspondence and data reports extracted from the i-develop database. All of these are within secure systems.
Who can see application and registration information: The processing of a registration application will entail the detail of the application information being reviewed by CLD Standards Council Staff team members and may also be shared with members of the registration committee. For the processing of Individual Recognition Requests this will include the email and telephone number to permit an IRP interview to be arranged.
Registration Status information be shared :
Access, Update and removal of information: members can request to be sent the information about them that is held by the CLD Standards Council. They can amend their data through the i-develop platform using their unique username and password. They can request to be removed from the Register of members and have their data removed from the i-develop service.
Alterations to these procedures will be posted on this page, and may be notified to members if deemed particularly significant by the CLD Standards Council.
If you are a user with general public and anonymous access the CLD Standards Council Scotland website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the users’ IP address that is automatically recognised by the web server.
