Career Development NOS

Career Guidance helps people make informed decisions about their learning, job opportunities and career options. This in turn helps them get, stay and progress in work. The ultimate goal is for people to thrive in the workplace, for their potential to be unlocked and for them to contribute to the economy by increasing productivity and driving business growth.

Provision of career, information, advice and guidance may take place in a variety of settings including schools; colleges; universities; employability services and training providers.
