Briefly about the Theory of Change: The Theory of Change (ToC) is a methodology for planning, participation and evaluation which sets out the links between an area of work and the outcomes it aims to achieve. These pathways are presented in a Logic Model diagram to help identify what we do and why that makes a difference.

This model supports our performance measures and demonstrates how our activity helps us to achieve our outcomes. It helps us to evaluate the impact of our work and move towards the desired changes, by building a stronger picture of what success looks like, and how we would know when we get there. It informs CLDSC decision making and provides a structure and focus for communicating regularly with Members.
